30 days return policy

Does your order not meet your expectations and do you want a refund? That is possible of course. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to consider whether you want to keep the order.

Item returned in original condition

We assume that your order is returned in its original condition (not worn or washed, bedding unused, no defects or excessive creasing), in the original packaging and including all labels. Of course you can try on the article (with the exception of briefs of course).

When returning your order, please pack the return shipment well. In the unlikely event that there are imperfections, our customer service will contact you.

Warranty

Full refund upon return or cancellation

The consumer is entitled to a full refund of all costs incurred to have the order delivered. This means that the shipping costs or other additional costs that have been paid will also be refunded if he cancels or returns the order in its entirety. The costs for the return shipment are for the account of the sender.

Return and credit term

The consumer has a reflection period of 30 days after the day of receipt of the product. From the moment of cancellation, he must return the purchase within 14 days. The amount will be refunded within 14 days after notification of the cancellation and/or return.

Refund with the same payment method

In case of cancellation or return, the purchase amount will be refunded with the same payment method.

When returning the products, please use sufficient postage fee and pack them properly.
